Portrait of Cullum StirlingFOUNDER / LEAD AGENT

Cullum Stirling was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and moved to the U.S. in November 2000. He attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Business and Engineering Technology. After spending two years in the Oil and Gas industry as a Field Engineer, he transitioned to a position at Nissan for five years serving in a Process Engineer role.

Much of Cullum’s Engineering career was directly related to project management – bringing people of different backgrounds together to form a cross-functional group in order to reach a common goal. This requires building relationships, perceiving different viewpoints, understanding various thought processes, negotiating to reach a common ground, and taking action, all of which are beneficial when it comes to helping home buyers/sellers navigate Real Estate.

In the Real Estate world, Cullum is not only able to pursue his long-term goals of working for himself and Real Estate investing, but more importantly, he’s able to provide his clients with a unique experience when it comes to selling their home smoothly or purchasing their dream home.

When he’s not doing Real Estate, Cullum is an avid outdoorsman. You can often find him fishing, exploring with his trusty sidekick (dog) Emma, his wife Emily, and their beautiful baby girl Sydney, off-roading in his custom Toyota T100, and sharing these adventures on his YouTube channel “Built to Venture.” Cullum also enjoys working out at 3 Star CrossFit, serving the greater Nashville fitness community through the nonprofit FAITH RXD Nashville, collaborating with other like-minded professionals, and continuing to sharpen his craft through podcasts, reading, and other continuous educational opportunities.
