We purchased a parcel of a large farm that had been subdivided.
Cullum provided information regarding cost and requirements to run water and electric to the property. He arranged for the survey and septic perk (all prior to closing).
When we closed were were fully aware of the what was ahead. I talked to several of my new neighbors and none of them had a realtor that did any of the due diligence Cullum did.
All realtors are not the same and I’ll never use another realtor.
